My daughter's birth led me to my calling...

My story

For as long as I can remember, I've felt an inner drive to break free from generational patterns and create a nurturing, loving foundation for my future family. This desire has been intertwined with a passion for supporting others and a deep-rooted aspiration to make a positive difference in the world. In 2022, I gave birth to my daughter at home, surrounded by the love and care of my wonderful husband and birth team. This rite of passage into matrescence was everything my heart and soul needed. My experience transformed me, vastly deepened my healing and gave me a sense of clarity. Since then, I've felt an undeniable call to pursue birth work, with the intention of empowering women to reclaim their birth experiences and transitions into motherhood.

Phoebe was a sigh of relief in an enduring and high stress environment for us as first time parents. As the contractions progressed we were both unsure of what to expect or how to cope. Phoebe provided affirmations and pain management techniques.

During the active labor phase, all attention was towards my partner; nurses, midwives, doctors. I was emotional, unable to help with the pain my partner was feeling. To my surprise, Phoebe came to comfort me. I wasn't expecting the doula to support me as the father - I assumed her job was to support the mother. I'll always remember that moment as she gave me reassurance that although she looked like she may be in pain, this progression was a great sign of a healthy delivery.

Phoebe will always be our ONLY doula referral. Her attentiveness, knowledge and experience made this whole experience such a memorable and positive one.

I cannot say enough about how amazing Phoebe and her products are! Her communication was wonderful from the moment I made contact with her. She would go above and beyond to not only educate me on her products, but would ask me how my pregnancy and postpartum were going and go out of her way to make me feel at ease.

 I purchased the placenta capsules, tincture, and salve. Whenever I was starting to feel my mood slip or lose sense of self postpartum, I would take placenta capsules and then the tincture once they ran out and everything would even out again. The salve is also great and helped with postpartum skin irritations and was used for diaper rash and worked wonders!

Couldn't be happier with her products and am so grateful to have found her.
